Over the past 20 years Polystick has been manufacturing Presstick, a membrane press adhesive specially developed to deliver superior performance in all membrane press applications. Heat-activated Presstick is applied by spray onto MDF curved boards or profiles, in the production of furniture fronts and interior doors. Its unique composition ensures a very strong and secure bonding between PVC and other foils onto wood surfaces, in particular with regard to the new challenging designs entering the market.

Presstick 800 is the most advanced formulation in the PU dispersion adhesives range. The best solution for the adhesion of soft, sensitive and high gloss foils. It is a readymade mixture, sprayable providing a good and even coating. It has a longer pot life, very low activation temperature, a very strong initial tack, high heat and water resistance, very nice wetting properties and smooth mirror surface which is perfect for high gloss foils.

In a design environment where a far greater percentage of contact points between the PVC foil and its underlying MDF base take place on curves and dips rather than flat surfaces, and more and more soft sensitive films (high gloss) turn to be a trendy design, five conditions must exist simultaneously & Polystick Presstick complies with them all.
